snk789 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days will result in account suspension pending resolution.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your snk789 login credentials, including your username and password. snk789 accounts are for personal entertainment use only. Commercial use of the Platform, including operating an account for the benefit of a third party or using automated systems to interact with the Platform, is strictly prohibited.

All snk789 account holders are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. KYC documentation requirements include:

• A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides).
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC next to your face, taken within the preceding 30 days.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash account linked to your registered mobile number, or bank statement showing the account holder name).

snk789 will process KYC submissions within 3 business days. If additional documentation is required, snk789 will notify the account holder via the registered mobile number or email. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed.

snk789 accepts deposits via the following Pakistan-based payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, Allied Bank, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC20 and BEP20). The minimum single deposit amount is 500 PKR across all supported payment methods.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own legal name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your snk789 account, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a breach of Pakistani financial regulations in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

snk789 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank) may apply their own standard transaction fees. snk789 has no control over and accepts no liability for fees applied by third-party payment processors.

Deposits that are not credited to your snk789 account within 30 minutes of the transaction confirmation should be reported to snk789 support via live chat immediately. Please retain transaction confirmation references as these are required to investigate failed or delayed deposits.

The minimum single withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same legal name as the snk789 account. snk789 applies a same-method withdrawal policy: withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case snk789 will contact the account holder to arrange an alternative.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following processing timeframes:

snk789 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where the transaction triggers snk789's internal risk management thresholds, including but not limited to withdrawals exceeding 100,000 PKR in a single request or 500,000 PKR in a single calendar month.

snk789 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of issue, including the following general conditions that apply to all snk789 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Standard wagering requirements on snk789 bonuses range from 25x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Specific wagering requirements are published with each offer.
• Maximum bet per spin or round while a Bonus Balance is active is 200 PKR (or the equivalent stake level for table games). Exceeding this limit may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Real Money Balance is always wagered before Bonus Balance. Winnings generated from Real Money Balance wagering are credited directly to the Real Money Balance and are withdrawable without wagering requirements, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

There is no right of appeal for account actions taken as a consequence of confirmed prohibited conduct. snk789 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity, including money laundering, to the relevant Pakistani authorities.

snk789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of enjoyment, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any service provided through it.
• Any error, omission, inaccuracy, or technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, account balances, or payment processing.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss of account access arising from the Member's own failure to maintain password security.
• Any force majeure event, including but not limited to internet service outages, national telecommunications disruptions, natural disasters, or acts of government.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit snk789's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by snk789's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

snk789 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to the processing of your personal data as described in the snk789 Privacy Policy.

Data collected includes registration information (name, CNIC, date of birth, mobile number), transaction records, KYC documentation, gaming history, device information, and IP address logs. A Member may request account closure at any time by contacting snk789 support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member via their most recently used payment method following successful identity verification, subject to standard withdrawal conditions. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. The English-language version of these Terms & Conditions is the sole governing version. Any translation provided is for convenience only and shall have no legal force.
